he thyroid medications, will taking thyroid medication make it worse. I have been taking synthroid for over one year and never had a problem till now.

Ive had two panic attacks over smoking fags over the past two weeks. Will this go away with time or will i never be able to smoke again?

what do you do when you get them? (go to the office, sit there, etc…)
how long does it last?
what do you do physically?
what happens emotionally when it happens?

When I take benadryl and claritin I have very bad panic attacks and bouts of Generalized RLS. Is there anything I can take, other than these meds, that will help my seasonal allergies without the reaction?
